KES Parents' Summer Ball 2017
Saturday 8th July
7.00pm - 12.30am
Tickets: £75 per person
KES Parents are pleased to announce the availability of
tickets for the 2017 Summer Ball. This exciting event will have a Great Gatsby
theme and will be held at the Guildhall, Bath, commencing 7:00pm on Saturday
8th July. A 1920s jazz group will feature as well as - of course - the return
of the popular Manchester-based DJ Lloyd Thomas. Carriages will be at 12:30am.
After complimentary Champagne and canapés upon arrival, we will move through to
the Banqueting Room where a gourmet dinner will be served by Charlie Digney and
his team. In addition to the music and entertainment there will be a live
auction with some fabulous prizes. A 1920s themed photobooth will feature later
in the evening to provide you with a memento.
Tickets are priced at £75 per person and this year we will be operating a
ballot system to ensure a fair distribution of tickets. You may apply for the
booking of either a whole table of ten places, or for smaller groups, couples
and individuals. On receipt of the applications, two random draws will be made
Draw 1: For whole-table parties of 10. Successful
bidders are guaranteed to have their whole party seated at one table.
Draw 2: For individuals, couples and smaller groups of less than 10.
Successful bidders will be fitted onto tables as part of the draw process. We
will endeavour to seat people together according to their children’s year
groups, if this preference has been stated. All applications will be subject to
the draw and an ordered waiting list of unsuccessful bidders will be created.
