Points are awarded for each discipline and final positions are decided by the total number of points achieved after both disciplines. There was  also a team element to the competition as the three top scoring individuals from a School in a class will count as a team.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

They raised over £1,200 which went towards the purchase of three Jersey calves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;&quot;&gt;The children’s visit was a great opportunity to learn about the daily tasks that take place on a farm. Pupils helped with feeding the calves, pigs and chickens, rounding up the sheep and seeing a shoe being fitted by the Farrier on one of the horses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
