While our Bursary Programme provides access to an outstanding education, we know that true inclusion means more than just being in the classroom. That is why we created Bursary Plus - a dedicated fund that enables bursary award holders to take part in the full breadth of school life.

From music lessons and sports trips to Activities Week, societies, and performing arts, Bursary Plus ensures that financial constraints do not prevent our bursary pupils from exploring their passions, building confidence, and forming lasting friendships through co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

These experiences are often where pupils discover who they are and what they love. Without additional support, many Bursary Award holders would miss out on these formative opportunities.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Bursary Plus already helps bridge this gap. It also offers a meaningful way for supporters to make a difference in areas that matter most to them—whether that’s sport, music, debating, or drama.

With your help, we can ensure that every bursary pupil not only attends our School - but truly thrives here.

Pay it Forward

As part of our commitment to true inclusion, we are excited to introduce the KES Pay it Forward campaign - a new fundraising initiative under the Bursary Plus programme. It invites parents to make voluntary donations when paying for their own children’s activities, such as trips or sports tours. These gifts directly support bursary pupils, ensuring financial barriers never prevent any child from joining in the full school experience.

Focusing on major activities like sports tours and Activities Week, Pay it Forward channels donations to where they are needed most. Donors are kept informed when their support is used, highlighting the impact their support is making.

Together, we can build a culture of generosity that helps every pupil thrive at KES.

If you are a parent and would like more information on how to donate to the Pay It Forward campaign, please email development@kesbath.com

As a very adventurous person, I always felt disheartened when I couldn't take part in the various activities that the school had on offer due to funding. I believe this trip will be able to teach me a lot and make me see the world from a new perspective. So, I want to thank the donors for making this possible!”
