The KES Christmas Fair returns on Saturday 28th of November 2026.
From 10:00am to 2:00pm
Location: King Edward's Senior School - Sports Hall, Bath

Join us for a festive day of shopping, entertainment, community spirit and Christmas cheer at King Edward's School, Bath. Our annual indoor market brings together a fantastic mix of independent businesses, school stalls, live performances and seasonal activities, making it one of the highlights of the KES calendar. This event is open to all. 

Visitor tickets and Santa's Grotto bookings will be released later this autumn. Please save the date and check back soon for ticket information and full event details!

 

CALLING ALL STALLHOLDERS!

We are managing stallholder applications through LocalStalls, an online platform built specifically for events and markets. The system allows you to apply for a stall, select your preferred stall type, make payment securely and receive important event updates. Simply follow the link below to create an account and submit your application.

Stall Options
  • Central or Wall Table (no electricity) - £40
  • Wall Table with Electricity - £45
  • Registered charities providing information rather than selling products may attend free of charge (please ensure you select the "Charity/Community" option when applying)

All pitches include a 6ft trestle table and two chairs


Further Stallholder Information
  • External stallholders will be located in the Sports Hall 
  • Internal school stalls will be located in a neighbouring hall, adjacent to Santa's Grotto
  • Applications are reviewed individually to help ensure a varied range of stalls across the event
  • Early applications are encouraged
  • We are particularly keen to hear from businesses offering gifts, festive products and speciality items

Please Note
We are unable to accept applications for immediate consumable food and drink products intended to be eaten on site. Packaged food and drink products intended as gifts are more than welcome!

The Fair is one of the largest and most popular fundraising events of the year for the School, thanks to the combined efforts of our volunteers, stall holders, staff, pupils and families - as well as the array of generous donations which stock our stalls and prize pots on the day.

This year, the Fair is set to sparkle on Saturday 22nd November from 10.00-14.00 with festive fun, a wide selection of school and external stall holders, music, delicious treats, handcrafted gifts, and plenty of magical moments for the whole family to enjoy.

  • Adult Ticket: £5.00 each
  • Children under 18 go FREE!
  • Main Entrance via the Sports Hall main doors via the Lower Entarnce to the North Road site

Come and Meet Santa at Our Magical KES Christmas Fair!

ONLINE BOOKING HAS NOW CLOSED. Walk-ins are avilable on the day within the remaining slots.

Children will have the opportunity to meet Santa Claus in his grotto, where he’ll share a delightful Christmas story. Each child will also receive a special gift to take home.

  • Tickets: £5.00 per child.
