kes PUPILS SECURE PRESTIGIOUS DEGREE APPRENTICESHIPS
Two Year 13 pupils from King Edward’s School have secured highly sought-after Degree Apprenticeship positions with leading firms, reflecting both their skills and dedication.
Yanal has accepted a place on Deloitte’s competitive BrightStart Level 7 programme, having received multiple offers from the Big Four accountancy firms. Meanwhile, Zahra has chosen to begin her career with AstraZeneca, the UK’s largest company by market capitalisation. She too received several offers before opting to join the pharmaceutical giant.
Both offers come after years of hard work by Yanal and Zahra who emphasise the importance of gaining a wide variety of work experience, developing professional skills and understanding the need for networking. With their offers secured, both pupils can focus fully on their examinations this summer.
Mrs Rees-Roberts, our Careers Education Co-ordinator, wishes them both huge congratulations on such fantastic and well-deserved success.
