Teacher of Maths | Vacancies | King Edward's School, Bath

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be able to teach across the whole range of age and ability, including A-level Maths. The department also teaches Further Maths.

Maths is a very popular subject choice at A Level and we usually see over half of our pupils choosing to continue with Maths into the Sixth Form. We currently have 140 pupils in the Sixth Form studying Maths, 52 of whom currently study Maths and Further Maths.

The post would ideally suit an experienced teacher with a proven record of successful results, including someone who has perhaps had a career break or an ECT, for whom a full support and induction programme will be available, for the duration of the employment.
