Permanent, full-time
£24,632 to £26,459 per annum depending on experience
Closing Date: 7 July 2025

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and flexible person, with excellent communication skills, to support the administration within our friendly and welcoming HR Team.  This varied and interesting role will suit someone who thrives in an environment where they are required to multi-task whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Under the direction of the School’s Director of HR the HR team are progressing IT initiatives to further develop efficiency during the recruitment, onboarding and HR life-cycle processes.  For this reason, it is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate strong IT skills and has the ability to complete their work to a high standard and be able to pay close attention to detail.

Although the postholder would benefit from having experience of working within HR or an education setting, our overriding wish is to appoint someone with a proactive and can-do attitude and the ability to work well on their own initiative within a small and emerging team.

This role can be worked flexibly from 8.00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunch break (37 hours per week). This position would be further enhanced by the School’s generous staff benefits package which includes school fee remission.

Your completed application form and covering letter needs to be sent to our Bursar, Tom Davies via HR@kesbath.com.  The closing date for this role is 8.30am on Monday 7 July 2025, with interviews taking place on Friday 18 July 2025.
