THURSDAY 14th May 2026   |   6.30PM-8.30PM

  • LOCATION: Top Floor Wessex Building, King Edward's School, Bath, BA2 6HU
King Edward’s School is pleased to invite KES parents to the Transforming Lives Through Education Campaign Launch, one of a series of events introducing our ambitious bursary fundraising initiative. The evening will also mark the formal launch of the 1552 Foundation, the School’s charitable foundation and the central home for all philanthropic fundraising at KES.

The campaign seeks to broaden access to a KES education by significantly expanding the School’s means‑tested bursary provision. During the evening, the Headmaster will outline the strategic aims of the campaign, which aspires to secure an additional £500,000 per year by 2030 to enable more talented young people from lower‑income families to join and thrive within our School community. Guests will also hear reflections on the transformative impact of bursary support and the crucial role philanthropy plays in advancing educational opportunity.

This is a complimentary event, with drinks and canapés served throughout the evening.

We are grateful to our sponsors, QCC Global and M.J. Church, for their support of this event.

Please note that a photographer will be present at the event and may also record video footage.
